The acquisition is a key part of Co-native's strategy to strengthen its position as the leading public cloud provider in the Nordics. Retune will be integrated into Co-native's subsidiary Asurgent AB ("Asurgent") to enhance collaboration opportunities and deliver greater value to our customers. Management changes in Co-native and Asurgent will further strengthen the group's growth capacity and customer focus.Co-native acquires RetuneThrough the strategic acquisition of Retune, Co-native strengthens its position as the foremost Microsoft partner for cloud solutions in Sweden. Retune will expand Co-native's capabilities and services in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and modern IT workplaces, complement its customer base, and strengthen its presence in the Stockholm area.To maximize collaboration opportunities between the group companies and meet increased customer demands, Retune will be integrated into Co-native's subsidiary Asurgent, a leading player in Microsoft Azure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 in Sweden. His leadership and customer focus have been crucial to Asurgent's success, and he is now well-positioned to take Co-native to the next level and bring the group's collective offerings to market.Linus Lindström, founder and current group CEO of Co-native, will step down from his operational role to instead engage as a board member.
