Co-native announces the appointment of Stephan Andersson, former CEO of the subsidiary Asurgent, as CEO of Co-native, effective December 2024.

Linus Lindström, founder and former Group CEO of Co-native, transitions from his operational role to focus on his responsibilities as a board member and major shareholder.

Co-native comprises Asurgent, Buzzcloud, Elastic Move, Retune, and Xenit. In 2024, the group achieves a turnover of nearly SEK 600 million with strong profitability and a team of 300 employees.
